On March 24, 2004 Microsoft Corporation announced the release of Windows
Mobile 2003 Second Edition for Pocket PC, a update for the OS and
application suite for Pocket PC handheld computing devices
Unfortunately, Hewlett Packard have so far neglected to offer Windows Mobile
OS upgrades for the IPAQ 1940/1945 series of handhelds.

You might want to change the name from Carleton to her correct name - Carly.

So far HP doesn't offer update to second edition for any iPAQ model,
not only 1940.

HP speaks about Ppc 2003 with outlook 2002.

This is exactly what I have. I believe this concerns a upgrade from PPC2002
to PPC 2003, not from PPC 2003 to PPC 2003 SE.

It is about upgrading to PPC 2003 only from previous version (PPC
2002) - it is not upgrade to PPC 2003 SE at all. Why won't you simply
call HP to confirm? I did and they told me that SE is not available
yet and they have no idea when it will be available.

No, it's not listed. WM2003SE is for device manufacturers only to blow
ROMS for their devices. Maybe the emulator packages will be of use
instead ?
