Author Slightly OT: 650 vs.700 MB CD-RW ???

The CD-RW in my Dell Latitude C640 is acting up, so I'm temporarily using a
(old) Iomega "Zip-CD 650" External CD-RW via the USB port.

The question is, this is obviously a 650 MB CD-RW, but can I use 700MB CD-R
blanks in it (and just ignore the other 50 MB), or *MUST* I use 650 MB
blanks ?

Fred,

Use whatever CD-R blanks you would like. They will all be just fine in the
Iomega drive... Ben Myers
