How do you cancel an online order.

| I remember someone asking this same question awhile back but I can't
seem to find it anywhere. Could someone please point me in the right
direction please. TIA
I have searched everywhere on the Dell site but it illudes me.
I am in Australia if that makes any difference.

| Did you try calling them? Have your customer number and order number. Call

| you're screwed man! you have now entered the dell customer dis-service
vortex. you need to call and ask for online sales dept. but of course they
might toss you over to home sales or small business. be prepared for pure
hell but hopefully you won't go through it.

If you just search for "DELL sucks" on google you will
hit 283000 matches! that speaks by itself.

I just did a Google search on "milk sucks." It yielded 454,000 hit's.
I'm not sure your research methodology is statistically useful. ;-)

of "dell sucks" here is a quotation from a fresh email
just received from one service call I made to Gold Support
three days ago:

customers are very important to us, we would like to guarantee
that this support procedure ran to your fullest satisfaction
....
btw if you search by "Giovanni Azua sucks" you get only 3 matches
none of them actually related to the search criteria :-) probably
I should complain to Google :-)

I agree, they were playing with me for a month.
Thankfuly I have an extremely efficient insurance and
protection policy from my credit card provider, which
I was really close to use to claim the transaction;
this is the only reason I attach to DELL respecting
the deadline I gave them at the end, otherwise I would
have most probably lost my money.

(Over a year ago...) I canceled an order through the Dell forums
site which has a customer service area. It took about 24 hours to
cancel.
No big controversy. Well, it did suck that I had to cancel an
order to make a change to it. But that's it.
