AMD Duron 1500+ System??

| I have a Duron 1500 chip and want to build a system around it. I need a case,
memory, mobo, 256k video board. I have bunches of hard drives and CD and DVD
stuff. All these components have to be good values with 5 star user ratings.
I'd also prefer to use New Egg or Tiger Direct... mix and match if needed.
Case must be 300-350 watt. Quiet is a premium consideration. Clear sides and
blinking lights are to be avoided unless they are really cute and don't cost
too much.
Motherboard must have good track record good docs a plus. Mobo must run the
1500 Duron, and faster chips too, the faster the better. I need the fastest
memory the both the 1500 and the faster chip will run.
Want to be able to run 2 big hard drives. Need modem and cat5. Good onboard
video a plus as are front mounted USB2 ports
I'd like to upgrade the CPU someday (when the fastest one is $30), and I want
the memory and mobo to match both the 1500 and any faster processor that I
could bolt into this thing. What IS the fastest processor that would run with
this setup, and what about overclocking the 1500 Duron?? How fast would that
be? I saw a 2100 Duron pretty cheap; what about overclocking that one??
This is only my second attempt at building one myself. What is best way to do
this? Buy a barebones Kit? Or components? I am open to suggestions. All advice
appreciated. Thanks

Look to build for the CPU you will put in it in the future, and be
sure it will run the duron. IMO, it is a safe bet any current 32 bit
Athlon board should wourk.

| That's an Athlon 1500, not a Duron... what's the diff? Also have a Duron 1200
that I am looking to do the same with... build a usable system that can be
expanded later
