| I am offering up for auction, the complete software source code for the
Personnel Plus Safety system, and the exclusive state resale license. This
means that you can use, modify, integrate with your own software system and
resell this software within your state.
This auction will be starting on Friday September 2nd at 9:30 PM Eastern
Time / 6:30 Pacific Time. The following link will not be active until that

This is the perfect opportunity for the custom software developer to quickly
add to his or her inventory of programs. This program is the result of
hundreds of hours of developing. This was originally designed for the Oil
and Gas industry, but as with all my software, it was designed in a generic
fashion, and has been used by Transportation, Construction, Utilities,
Manufacturing and Recruiting companies. There will be a number of auctions,
at most, one for each state of the union, since the exclusive software sales
license is for your state of residence.
The starting bid for this auction is 1.00, the reserve for this auction is
2000.00 and the buy it now price is 9,995.00. This program would cost you
about 50,000.00 in R&D time to develop on your own and much more to have
another developer create it for you.
